“But wait… aren’t you a dietitian? Why are you an Islamic career coach?”
I get this question a lot. And honestly? I never planned for this path. But my journey over the last 6 years led me here.
Like so many Muslim women, I had questions that no one seemed to be answering:
❓ Is aiming high chasing the dunya?
❓ Is it right for me to work as a Muslim woman?
❓ Can I balance my responsibilities with my ambitions?
I searched everywhere for guidance. I found good career advice, but it always felt disconnected from my deen.
And the more I followed mainstream advice, the more I felt distant from my Akhirah goals. Something was missing.
So, I turned to real knowledge. I became a serious student of knowledge.
I studied, I listened, I reflected. And slowly, I found a way to bridge the gap—to align my ambitions with my faith, my career with my purpose, and my work with my worship.
And now? I help other women do the same. 💫
You don’t have to choose between your dreams and your deen.
You don’t have to feel guilty for wanting more. You just need the right approach—the one that honors your values, responsibilities, and ultimate purpose.
If you’ve ever had these questions, know that you’re not alone. And know that there is a way forward.
