Salam, I’m Hiba!
I used to live in a constant internal tug-of-war—being pulled between wanting to do something meaningful and wondering if it would be the right path for me.
On one hand, I felt this fire in me—the drive to build something impactful, to use my strengths for good. But on the other hand, I’d hesitate. Would this path take me away from my deen? Would it be too much with my family responsibilities? Is this even something a Muslim woman should pursue?
And every now and then, that lingering thought would creep in: Can I really do it all… without losing myself and my deen in the process?
I know what it’s like to feel a little lost—like you have big dreams, but no idea where to start.
I couldn’t just pick one thing. I was always searching—for meaning, for direction, for something that felt like mine. I’d flip through books on the Prophet ﷺ and the Sahabah, seeking inspiration from their lives. I binge-watched self-help videos, learning how to build good habits and explore different mindsets, always searching for ways to become a better version of myself.
In high school, I set an insanely ambitious goal: to memorize the Qur’an in 7 months. I’d just read the quote, “Shoot for the moon. Even if you miss, you’ll land among the stars,” and something inside me whispered, Why not try? I didn’t finish in 7 months—but with Allah’s blessings, Alhamdullilah, I completed it in under 10 months. That experience taught me one thing:
Dreaming big paired with sincerity and strategy can lead to something beautiful—even when it doesn’t look perfect.
After high school, I pursued dual degrees in Nutrition and Islamic Studies. I believed then (and still do) that true success means nurturing both your body and your soul. I didn’t want to burn out chasing the dunya—or get so caught up in deen mode that I forgot how to live. I wanted both.
What began as a personal search for purpose—in the quiet of my room, between Qur’an pages and career choices—slowly turned into a mission I now share with Muslim women around the world.
I started coaching my younger cousins in 2021, helping them choose career paths that felt right and aligned with their purpose in this world & the next. That casual start eventually grew into something more. Since then, Alhamdulillah, I’ve coached over 100 Muslim women. Some were just starting out. Others were moms trying to return to work without sacrificing their values. All of them were trying to make space for their dreams without letting go of what matters most.
Because I understand the weight of wanting to build something meaningful—while still folding laundry, replying to family group chats, keeping up with salah, navigating marriage & parenting or wondering what to do next with your life.
Because I live that too.
I’ve also stared at my laptop wondering if I’m even cut out for this. I’ve gone through weeks where my routine collapsed and I needed to reset again (and again). And I’ve felt lost, asking Allah to just…guide me.
That’s why I do what I do. To help Muslim women like you—who want to be intentional, not just busy—build lives that feel aligned, not overwhelming. Whether it’s building your brand, your routine, your confidence, or your connection to the Qur’an—I'm here to walk beside you. Not as someone who’s figured it all out, but as someone who’s walked the same messy, hopeful path.
At the heart of my work is ihsan—striving for excellence, not perfection. Ihsan in your career. In your salah. In your relationships. In the way you show up for Allah and for yourself. When we embody ihsan, we don’t just unlock our Allah-given potential—we open the doors to barakah in this life and the next.
Through my coaching programs, my book Beyond Income, and my newsletter, I help you reconnect with your purpose, honor your values, and design a life that feels full of barakah—not burnout.
So whether you’re here for guidance, community, or just a gentle nudge to keep going—you’re welcome here.
From one dreamer to another,
Hiba
